Terms
Last updated 2 November 2026
Short and plain. These terms cover the free audit, the plans and the CPA guarantee on Growth and Scale.
1. Who this is between
Pulso (pulsoagency.com, CVR 46279158) and the business that signs up for a plan. Pulso only works with businesses, so consumer rules do not apply. Questions: mingus@pulsoagency.com.
2. What we deliver, and what we don't
We deliver ad creatives (static images) for Meta, ready to upload, in the amount stated on your plan. That includes the text that is part of the image.
We do not run, manage or optimise your ads, and we never change anything in your ad account or touch your budget. The text you type into Ads Manager (primary text, headlines) is yours. Anything beyond your plan, such as other platforms or extra work, is agreed in writing and priced before we start.
3. Read-only access from day 1
To start, we need read-only access to your Meta ad account from day 1, plus your brand material and product links. We use the access for two things: to build your creative strategy, and to check the guarantee. We cannot create, change, pause or delete anything.
We keep what we see in your account confidential, use it only for your work, and never share it or show it to other clients. You can withdraw the access at any time. If you do, the guarantee pauses until it is back. We delete data from your account within 90 days after you withdraw access or we stop working together.
4. Revisions and approval
Each batch comes with a first draft and two rounds of revisions. A revision means changes to text, colours, elements or layout inside the same concept. A new angle or concept is new work.
Send your revision requests in one go within 5 working days of each draft. If we don't hear from you, the draft counts as approved.
5. If something is wrong
Tell us in writing within 14 days of delivery if there is a mistake: wrong format or size, missing files, wrong logo or product, or errors in text you supplied. We fix it free of charge. Not liking the creative direction is handled through the revision rounds.
6. The CPA guarantee
The guarantee applies to the Growth and Scale plans. It does not apply to Start.
- We lock your numbers. On the free audit we pick 2 to 4 products together, usually your bestsellers. For each one we lock your CPA on statics from the last 90 days. That is the number to beat. A product needs 90 days of sales history to count.
- You run the test. You launch our statics in one test campaign, with at least 300 DKK a day for 30 days and no changes along the way. Day 1 starts when we have checked your setup.
- We check it on day 30. We read the numbers in your account. Every static with at least 5 purchases is compared to the CPA we locked for its product. If one beats it, the guarantee is met and the first month is invoiced.
- No winner? Round two is free. We make a new round of statics, and you run the same test for another 30 days. If one wins there, the first month is invoiced.
- Still no winner? You pay nothing. And you keep every static either way.
To keep the test fair for both sides:
- We compare against the same product's CPA, never another product or the account average, because CPA differs a lot between products.
- If ad costs rise or fall (like in Q4), the target moves with them.
- If price, budget or targeting changes a lot during the test, we extend or restart it.
- Our read-only access must stay in place during the test. Without it we cannot check the result.
7. Your material and your claims
You confirm that the brand material, photos and product images you give us are yours to use, and that they don't infringe anyone else's rights.
You are the advertiser. You are responsible for the claims in your ads following marketing law, including claims about health, effect and results, prices, reviews and before and after images. You make sure you can document every claim you ask us to use. We can decline a claim we think breaks the law or Meta's ad policies.
8. AI
We use AI tools as part of making the statics, and every static is checked by a person before it reaches you. AI output can sometimes resemble existing works or products. Please review every creative before you publish it. If someone raises a claim about a creative, we fix or replace it free of charge. Labelling AI content where your channel requires it is your responsibility.
9. Who owns the statics
From delivery, you may use the statics in your own marketing, in any channel, for as long as you like. This is the case whether or not the guarantee is met. You may edit them, and share them with your own agency or media buyer. You may not resell them. We keep our methods, prompts, templates and working files. We do not reuse your brand material or product images for anyone else.
10. Payment
Prices are in Danish kroner and exclude VAT. Invoices are due 8 days after the invoice date. Start is invoiced monthly. On Growth and Scale the first month is invoiced when the guarantee is met (section 6), and after that monthly. Late payments carry interest and fees as the Danish Interest Act allows, and we can pause new work until the invoice is paid.
11. Cancelling
There is no binding period on any plan. You can cancel with one month's notice, in writing. Work already in production is invoiced as normal. When we stop working together you keep the statics you have received and paid for.
12. Confidentiality and using your name
We both keep each other's business information confidential, during our work and for 2 years after. We only use your name, logo or results in our own marketing with your written permission, which you can withdraw at any time.
13. Liability
We are not responsible for your sales or business results beyond the guarantee in section 6. Our liability is limited to what you have paid for the latest month, and does not cover indirect loss such as lost profit. We are not responsible for Meta rejecting, limiting or closing your ads or account.
14. Changes and law
We can change these terms or our prices with 14 days' notice by email. If a change is worse for you, you can cancel before it takes effect. Danish law applies, and disputes go to the courts of Denmark.
