What we collect when you visit pulsoagency.com or book a call, and what we do with it.

Who we are

Pulso (pulsoagency.com, CVR 46279158) is the data controller. Contact: mingus@pulsoagency.com.

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, email address, and anything you write in the booking form. The booking is handled by Cal.com, which stores it on our behalf.
• When you email or message us: the contact details and message you send us.
• Technical data: the site is hosted by Netlify, which may log your IP address and browser details when you load a page, to keep the site running and secure.

If you become a client: read-only access to your Meta ad account (campaigns, ads and performance numbers such as spend, clicks, purchases and CPA). We do not ask for customer lists, audiences or lead data. We use it only to build your strategy and check the guarantee, keep it confidential, and delete it within 90 days after access ends. For any personal data in your account, you are the controller and we act on your instructions.

We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers on this site.

Why we use it

To answer you, to run the audit call, and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. The legal basis is your request to be contacted and, for clients, our agreement with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).

Who else sees it

Only the services that run the site and the booking: Netlify (hosting), Cal.com (booking), and Google Fonts and Fontshare (which load the site's fonts and therefore see your IP address). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

If we never work together, we delete your booking details within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the work and for accounting, as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to us at the address above. You can also complain to Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
